Removal, check of a state and installation of the oil pump
Removal
|
|
1. Remove the case pallet (see the Section Removal and installation of the pallet of a case of the engine).
|
|
2. Apply adjusting tags on TNVD and the oil pump (address to an accompanying illustration). |
3. Remove a final branch pipe of the cooling system.
|
|
4. Give fixture and remove the case of the oil pump (address to an accompanying illustration). |
|
|
5. For dismantling of the pump take out its conducted gear wheel (address to an accompanying illustration), turn out a stopper of the reducing valve and remove the valve, laying and a spring. |
6. Scratch out all traces of sealant and material of old laying from the interfaced surfaces of the pump and block of the engine, then wipe surfaces the rags moistened in acetone. |

Check
|
|
1. Wash out all components in solvent, then check them for existence of signs of excessive wear and mechanical damages.
2. Examine the rubbing surfaces of components of the reducing valve, estimate a condition of a valvate spring. In case of need make replacement of the valve assembled. |
|
Installation
|
|
1. Lay in a pump housing the conducting and conducted gear wheels marking towards a cover.
2. Oil components of the reducing valve pure motive and establish them on the regular place. Delay a stopper new sealing laying.
|
|
3. Impose a RTV sealant pillow on the interfaced pump surface (address to an accompanying illustration). |
|
|
3. Impose new rubber consolidation (address to an accompanying illustration).
|
|
Installation of the pump has to be complete within five minutes after sealant imposing. |
|
4. Tighten bolts of fastening of the case of the oil pump with effort of 20 Nanometers.
5. Establish TNVD, I am guided by the tags put earlier.
|
|
6. Turn out a stopper of the oil pump a six-sided key on 5 mm (address to an accompanying illustration) and fill in in the pump about 10 cm 3 motive oils. |
7. Grease a stopper carving with the stiffening sealant and screw a stopper into place.
8. Establish an oil receiver with new laying.
9. Install the case pallet.
10. Add necessary amount of engine oil, start the engine and check it for existence of signs of development of leaks.
11. Double-check the level of motive oil. |
