Removal and installation of the oil cooler

1 — an oil cooler Cover
2, 4, 6 — Laying
3 — the Backpressure valve
5 — the Oil cooler
7 — the Probe
8 — the Filter
9 — a probe Tube

10 — Consolidation of a tube
11 — the Stopper

13 — the Spring
14 — the Safety valve

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Merge OZh and remove an oil filter
2. Take off a gear belt and a cogwheel of TNVD.
3. Remove TNVD.
4. Take out the probe and remove it directing.
5. Give fixture and remove assembly of the oil cooler.
6. If necessary turn out the ECT sensor.
7. Give 4 nuts and separate a cover from the oil cooler.
8. Remove safety and return valves.
9. Installation is made upside-down. Tighten fixture with the demanded effort.
