1. At working at single turns, the engine, heated-up up to the normal working temperature, pull the valve up and take it together with the connected hose from the landing nest in a cover of a head of cylinders. 2. Press a finger to an opening in the PCV valve – depression has to be felt, otherwise make sure of passability of a hose, the union on the inlet pipeline and actually the valve. Replace defective components. 3. Kill the engine and shake the valve, in good repair in the last the easy crash has to be heard. If any sounds it is not audible, replace the valve. 4. For replacement of the valve disconnect it from a hose, try to remember how connection was organized. 5. Upon purchase of the new valve track that it answered on the standard size to the engine of your car. It will be most correct to compare the new valve to the old removed from the engine directly. 6. Connect the new valve to a hose. 7. Check serviceability of a condition of all rubber hoses and plugs through passage. Replace defective components. 8. Strongly put the valve on the regular place in a cover of a head of cylinders. |
