Replacement of a back epiploon of a cranked shaft

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a transmission (see the Head Korobk of gear shifting).
2. Remove a driving disk.
3. Removal of an old epiploon can be made without preliminary dismantle of the holder by a poddevaniye by its screw-driver (address to an accompanying illustration), however, in order to avoid risk of damage of a pin of a cranked shaft, authors of the present manual recommend to act according to the instructions stated below.
4. Turn out bolts of fastening of the holder to the block and remove assembly, smooth out the interfaced surfaces from fragments of material of laying and old sealant.

Stop up open part of the pallet with rags in order to avoid hit in small garbage.

5. Having laid the removed holder on a workbench on two wooden blocks, beat out an old epiploon a drift from the back party of a plate (address to an accompanying illustration).
6. Wipe a nest under landing of an epiploon acetone. Lay the holder on a flat firm surface and begin to knock a new epiploon in a nest, as a mandrel having used wooden whetstone or a piece of a pipe of suitable diameter. The Toyota company recommends to use for installation of an epiploon a cylindrical mandrel (SST 092233-15030-70010) of the suitable size (address to an accompanying illustration).
7. Oil epiploon sponges the pure motive.
8. Having accurately pressed the holder, put him on the regular place. Act without hurrying, watching that there was no wraparound of sponges of an epiploon at its putting on on a shaft pin (address to an accompanying illustration). Screw fixing bolts and evenly tighten them with the demanded effort.
9. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
