Establish the stabilizer.

Place the stabilizer on noted place on the case of the forward bridge.

Establish 2 brackets of the bearing 1 on the case of the forward bridge of 20 N · to m.

NOTE Watch that fixing pins of a radiator 3 sat in holders 2 on the case of the forward bridge, and adjusting pins of 1 KM-6168-A adaptation entered into the adjusting openings provided for this purpose on the car bottom.

Establish the case of the forward bridge.

Carefully bring a hydraulic jack the case of the forward bridge with KM-6394 on KM-6168-A and KM-904 to the car bottom, the holder of an emphasis against a provorachivaniye behind or to an emphasis against a provorachivaniye ahead.

Deduce a steering gear wheel of the steering mechanism in an opening in a face wall.

Fix the case of the forward bridge.

Tighten the new screw (shooters) of 90 N · m + 45 ° + 15 °.

Will put forward a hydraulic jack.

Fix a forward covering on the case of the forward bridge.

Establish a clip 1.

If is available: establish the right mudguard of the engine.

Tighten the screw 1.

Establish a plastic rivet 2.

Fix in clips a water waste hose 3.

On the Corsa-C ECO model: establish a cover of motor office of I.

Remove a long belt 1 for fastening of the module of cooling.

Establish a steering intermediate spindle on a steering gear wheel.

NOTE The Kardanny hinge should be put on easily by hand.

Tighten the new screw 1.

Replacement of the hydraulic plug of the lever of an independent suspension bracket

NOTE Hydraulic plugs of the lever of an independent suspension bracket always it is necessary replace in pairs.

Remove the lever of an independent suspension bracket.

Remove the hydraulic plug from the lever of an independent suspension bracket.

Drill heads of rivets 1 – diameter of 10 mm.

Paint over openings on the lever of an independent suspension bracket anticorrosive paint.

NOTE The new hydraulic plug incorporates a carving to the lever of an independent suspension bracket.

Establish the new hydraulic plug 1 on the top party of the lever of an independent suspension bracket by means of special screws 2.

Insert 3 special screws 3 from top to down into the hydraulic plug and the lever of an independent suspension bracket.

Tighten 3 special screws of 55 N · m.

Establish the lever of an independent suspension bracket.

Replacement of the directing hinge of the lever of an independent suspension bracket

Remove the lever of an independent suspension bracket.

Remove directing hinge from the lever of an independent suspension bracket.

Drill 3 heads of rivets 1 – diameter of 10 mm.

Paint over 3 openings on the lever of an independent suspension bracket anticorrosive paint.

NOTE The new directing hinge incorporates a carving to the lever of an independent suspension bracket – special screws of service office are used.

Establish the new directing hinge 1 on the bottom party of the lever of an independent suspension bracket by means of special screws.

Insert 3 special screws 2 from top to down into the lever of an independent suspension bracket and directing hinge

Tighten 3 special screws of 55 N · m.
