4.4.2. Removal and installation of a rotary fist

Remove a forward wheel.

Note situation concerning a wheel nave.

Removal of a semi-axis from a wheel nave.

Remove a dust cap.

NOTE The dust cap does not act in film without damages.

Remove lock шплинт 2 from a semi-axis 3 nut.

Establish the KM-6610 adaptation on a wheel nave two screws of a wheel 4.

Remove a semi-axis 3 nut, hold KM-6610 5 together with the KM-956-16 extension piece.

Remove the KM-6610 adaptation.

Remove a brake disk.

Remove a head of cross-section steering draft.

Establish the CH-47658 2 adaptation in the correct situation.

NOTE Center by means of a nozzle of a face key.

Use the suitable plug 4. The plug 4 should adjoin densely to the lever of cross-section steering draft 3. Tighten the CH-47658 2 adaptation for a shestigrannik 1.

Unscrew a nut 5.

Remove CH-47658 2, weaken c the help of a shestigrannik 1.

Remove the holder of the wheel sensor 1 with the ABS wheel sensor from a rotary fist.

Unscrew the screw.

Remove a head of cross-section steering draft 2.

Remove the adaptation KM-507-C 3 from a rotary fist.

Remove a rotary fist from the directing hinge.

Unscrew a nut with the screw 4.

Remove a basic pipe of an amortization rack from a rotary fist.

NOTE At replacement of a rotary fist reinstall closing plate of a brake disk and use the new bearing of a wheel.

Unscrew 2 nuts with the screw 5.

Establish a rotary fist 1.

Insert a rotary fist into directing hinge of the lever of an independent suspension bracket 2.

Deduce a semi-axis 3 in a wheel nave.

Establish a basic pipe of an amortization rack on a rotary fist, tighten 2 new screws of a nut of 4 80 N · m + 60 ° +15 °.

Tighten the screw 7 of the directing hinge of 60 N · m.

Use a new nut.

Establish a head of cross-section steering draft 6 on a rotary fist.

Establish the CH-47658 adaptation in the correct situation.

NOTE Center by means of a nozzle of a face key. Use the suitable plug. The plug should adjoin to the lever of cross-section steering draft densely. Tighten the CH-47658 adaptation for a shestigrannik.

Tighten a nut of 35 N · m.

Remove the CH-47658 adaptation, weaken its fastening of c by the help of a shestigrannik.

Establish the holder of the wheel sensor 5 with the ABS wheel sensor on a rotary fist of 8 N · m.

Establish a brake disk.

Fix a semi-axis on a wheel nave.

Establish KM-6610 1 with 2 screws of a wheel on a wheel nave.

Tighten a new koronchaty nut 1 and a washer 2 on a semi-axis of 120 N · m.

Hold the KM-6610 4 adaptation together with the extension piece KM-956-1 6.

Weaken a koronchaty nut 1 while the koronchaty nut 1 will not turn by hand.

Tighten a koronchaty nut of 1 20 N · m + 90 °.

Establish new lock шплинт.

NOTE If it is necessary, turn a koronchaty nut 1 back until the opening under шплинт will not rise coaxially with the following cut of a koronchaty nut.

Remove the KM-66104 adaptation.

Establish a new dust cap 5 on a wheel nave.

Establish a forward wheel – the moment of an inhaling of 110 N · to m.
