2.10.4. Replacement of the module of a dosage

ATTENTION
At work with fuel system pay attention to purity as, even the smallest particles of dirt can result in malfunctions in operation of the engine or fuel system.

Removal
Open a cowl.
Disconnect the storage battery.
Disconnect connection with weight from a weight conclusion.

ATTENTION
The module of a dosage and area around should be cleared of konsistentny greasing.
|
|
ATTENTION
After removal, the module of a dosage and area around should be again cleared.
|
Remove the dosage module.
Disconnect the socket of a plait of wires.
Unscrew 3 bolts of fastening.
|
ATTENTION
Do not incline the dosage module.
|
Turn the module of a dosage and remove it holding horizontally.
Installation
Clear an opening and condensed surfaces, using a fabric without pile.
Establish the new module of a dosage.
Cover consolidation by pure engine oil.
Establish the dosage module horizontally and turn.
Tighten 3 bolts the moment of 6 N · m.
Fix the socket of a plait of wires.
Connect the storage battery
Attach connection with weight to a weight conclusion.
Program volatile memory.
Close a cowl.
