Establish and close a protective cap of headlights.

Open and prop up a cowl.

Turn a cap of a headlight of a driving beam to the left and remove it.
Remove the tip from a lamp of a driving beam.
Take out a cartridge of a lamp of lay fire from a reflector.
Take out a lamp from the boss.
Insert a new lamp, without touching thus lamp glass.
Insert a cartridge of Pampas into a reflector.
Put on the tip a lamp of a driving beam.
Establish and close a protective cap of headlights.

After lamp replacement on the right side establish and fix a hose on the air filter.

The passing beam of xenon headlights works at very high electric voltage. Do not touch, it is life-threatening. It is recommended to charge replacement of lamps to the partner of Opel firm.

At lamp replacement on the right side remove a hose from the air filter.
Turn to the left and release from a clamp a cartridge of a lamp.
Slightly press Pampas in a cartridge, turn to the left and take out it.
Insert a new lamp, without touching thus lamp glass.
Fix a cartridge in a reflector, having turned it to the right.
After lamp replacement on the left side close a cover of a box of safety locks. On cars with the Z 13 DT engine besides establish on a place and fix in relays directing a box.
After replacement of Pampas on the right side establish and fix a hose on the air filter.
Turn indexes, brake fires, back marker lights and headlights of a backing (Corsa)
Unscrew a screw-driver both screws on the lamp case.
Take out the lamp case down from clamps.
Disconnect the cable tip by means of a screw-driver and remove from the holder of a lamp.
Unscrew a screw-driver four screws on the holder of a lamp. Remove the holder of a lamp from the lamp case.

Take out a lamp from the boss.
Insert a new lamp, without touching thus lamp glass, establish the holder of a lamp in the case of a lamp and densely to screw screws, fix the cable tip, insert the lamp case with fixing pins into a body and fix.
Brake fires, back fires, indexes of turn, backing headlight, back fog lights (Combo)

Take out Pampas from the boss.
Insert the new filament lamp, without touching thus lamp glass. Fix the holder of lamps in the case. Insert the case of lamps into a car body. To screw fixing nuts manually on carving hairpins and densely to tighten. Insert the cable tip. Establish a cover and close.
Special execution for the separate countries: back antifog lamp only on the left side.
Illumination of registration plate (Corsa)
Insert a screw-driver on the right vertically at the lamp case, press to the right and unblock a spring. Take out the case of Pampas, having submitted it down.
Turn to the left and release from a clamp a cartridge of a lamp.
Take out a lamp from the boss.
Insert a new lamp, without touching thus lamp glass.
Turn a cartridge of a lamp to the right and fix it. Insert the case of a lamp and to fix it.

Unscrew both screws. Take out a cartridge of a lamp.
Slightly press a lamp in the direction of the spring plug and take out a lamp.
Insert a new lamp, without touching thus lamp glass.
Insert a cartridge of a lamp and to fix by means of a screw-driver.

To disconnect the lamp, before its dismantle close doors or hold pressed the trailer switch.
Squeeze out a lamp a screw-driver and take out.
Slightly press a lamp in the direction of the spring plug and take out a lamp.
