2.10.5. Replacement of a regulator of pressure of fuel

Remove an inlet collector, having unscrewed a fastening bolt.

Remove a ventilating hose of the engine from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.

Disconnect an inlet pipe from an air inlet hose.

Disconnect an inlet pipe from a turbonagnetatel.

NOTE Close an inlet pipe of a turbonagnetatel.

Remove an inlet pipe.

Dump pressure of fuel via the test union using the device for check of tightness of KM-J-34730-91.

Collect following fuel in the suitable container.

Disconnect the vacuum highway (1) from a regulator of pressure of fuel (2). Remove a collar of fastening (5) from a regulator of pressure of fuel and a fuel stage.

Mark adjusting situation and accurately remove a regulator of pressure of fuel from a fuel stage.

NOTE In this point absolute purity is extremely important.

Replace sealing rings.

Before installation cover sealing rings with a thin layer of silicone greasing (white).

Note the adjusting provision of a regulator of pressure of fuel. Establish a regulator of pressure of fuel in a fuel stage.

NOTE In this point absolute purity is extremely important.

Establish a collar of fastening of a regulator of pressure of fuel and attach a fuel stage, tighten the moment of 5 N · m.

Connect a vacuum hose to a regulator of pressure of fuel.

Remove a cap of an inlet pipe of a turbonagnetatel.

Attach a ventilating hose of the engine to a cover of a head of the block of cylinders and fix a collar.

Attach an inlet pipe to a turbonagnetatel.

Attach an inlet pipe to an air inlet hose.

Wrap a bolt of fastening of a collar.
