4.5.4. Removal and installation of the back shock-absorber

NOTE Shock-absorbers act in film and established only one by one from each party of the car.

NOTE Further removal and assembly on the one hand is described. Works on other party are carried out similarly. Quenchers of blow are replaced only with pairs. At replacement of shock-absorbers it is necessary to use the service details corresponding to the version of the car and its equipment.

Lift the car.

NOTE Use the points of lifting of the car provided for this purpose.

Remove the shock-absorber 5.

Uncover 1 a shock-absorber cap.

Turn out a nut 2 from the shock-absorber.

NOTE Hold an open wrench for uploshchenny places of a rod of the piston of the shock-absorber.

Remove an adjusting disk 3 and rubber amortization laying 4 from a piston rod.

NOTE Watch adjusting situation.

Remove the shock-absorber.

Establish the shock-absorber 1 on the back bridge.

Level the shock-absorber concerning an opening on a cap of a quencher of blow.

Tighten the screw.

Base design (M10kh1,25 screw): 65 N · m.

Litoy Bridge with a lever suspension bracket (the M14 screw x 1,5): 110 N · m.

Lower the car.

Deduce a rod of the piston of the shock-absorber in an opening on a shock-absorber cap.

Put on rubber amortization consolidation 4 and an adjusting disk 3 a piston rod.

NOTE Watch adjusting situation.

Tighten a new nut of 2-20 N · m.

NOTE Hold an open wrench for uploshchenny places of a rod of the piston of the shock-absorber.

Put on a cover 5 a shock-absorber cap.

Removal and installation of back springs, dempfiruyushchy Kolya above and intermediate ring of a saddle of a spring below

Lift the car.

Remove system of levers of the sensor of a chain of regulation of a tilt angle of headlights from the holder on the back bridge.

NOTE On cars with xenon headlights.

Remove back springs 4.

Prop up the back bridge a hydraulic jack on the assembly party under the longitudinal lever of a suspension bracket 2.

Turn out the screw of 1 shock-absorber on the back bridge.

At cars with the cast bridge with a lever suspension bracket: clean a fixing ear of the shock-absorber 3 from the back bridge (shooter).

Slowly lower and clean a hydraulic jack.

From assembly to delay the back bridge down so (arrow) that the back spring could be removed.

NOTE Watch the adjusting provision of springs.

Remove a dempfiruyushchy ring above 1 and an intermediate ring of a saddle of a spring below 2 in the bottom of the car or a clip at the back bridge.

Establish a dempfiruyushchy ring above 1 and an intermediate ring of a saddle of a spring below 2 in the bottom of the car or a clip at the back bridge.

Insert a back spring.

NOTE Watch the adjusting provision of back springs.

From assembly the back bridge delay down so (shooter) that the back spring could be inserted.

NOTE Establish the spring party with larger opening on a disk of a nest of a spring below on the back bridge.

Establish in the necessary situation the back bridge.

Reinstall a hydraulic jack on the assembly party under the longitudinal lever of a suspension bracket 3 back bridges.

Lift the back bridge before situation for shock-absorber 2 installation on the back bridge.

Establish the shock-absorber on the back bridge. Tighten the screw 1.

Base design (M10 screw x 1,25): 65 N · m.

Litoy Bridge with a lever suspension bracket (screw М14х 1,5): 110 N · m.

Clean a hydraulic jack.

Establish system of levers of the sensor of a chain of regulation of a tilt angle of headlights on the holder on the back bridge: 5 N · m.

NOTE On cars with xenon headlights.
