Removal

Open a cowl.

Merge cooling liquid.

Substitute the reception pallet.

Open a carving stopper of a drain opening (shooter).

Radiator hose above 2 disconnect from a branch pipe of cooling liquid.

Release a collar.

Dismantle a branch pipe of cooling liquid 1.

Turn off 3 bolts of fastening.

Installation

At replacement of details consider various options of a design. Watch correctness of numbers of details.

Clean sealing surfaces of the pump of cooling liquid, a branch pipe of cooling liquid.

Establish a branch pipe of cooling liquid.

Replace consolidation.

Tighten 3 bolts of fastening the moment of 8 N · m.

Establish a radiator hose above.

Fix a collar.

Close a carving stopper of a drain opening of cooling liquid.

To fill system of cooling and remove from it air.

NOTE

On option of the ECO model establish a cover of motor office below.

Close a cowl.
