2.3.1. Filling of system of cooling to fill and air removal (Z10XE, Z10XEP)Check and survey
Antifreeze is intended not only for protection of all system of cooling against freezing, but also for protection of all details washed by liquid for cooling, from corrosion / lime application. Therefore even in the conditions of tropics it is impossible to refuse antifreeze addition.
The important role along with structure of a fuel mix is played also by quality of water. Drinking water, as a rule, corresponds to these requirements. The recycled sea water in a qualitative sense is insufficient.
Damages of the engine can arise also from the antifreezes not allowed to use.
After replacement of a radiator, a head of cylinders or consolidation of a head of cylinders it is impossible to reuse the used cooling liquid.
Open cooling system.
Unscrew a cover of a compensatory tank of cooling liquid.
Fill in cooling liquid in a compensatory tank of cooling liquid to «KALT/COLD» mark.
Wrap a cover of a compensatory tank of cooling liquid.
Start the engine idling, the thermostat will not open yet.

NOTE
Air leaves cooling system during a stage of warming up of the engine.

Stop the engine, let's to it cool down.
Check level of cooling liquid in a compensatory tank of cooling liquid and if necessary add to necessary level.
