7.1.9. Removal and starter installation (Z14XE, Z16YNG, with the conditioner)Open a cowl.

NOTE
On cars since a year of release 04 with ESP – after each detachment of the accumulator the sensor of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel loses the main installation. It it is necessary откалибруйте anew.

Disconnect the accumulator.
Disconnect a weight wire.
Lift the car.
Remove a support of an inlet collector.
Turn out 2 bolts of fastening.
Establish a plait of wires of a starter.
Turn out 2 nuts 1.
Plait of wires put aside.
Dismantle a starter.
Turn out 2 bolts of fastening.
Establish a starter.
Tighten screws (25 N · м).
Establish a plait of wires of a starter.
Tighten nuts.
Mount a support of an inlet collector.
Tighten the screw from above (М8, 20 N · м).
Tighten the screw from below (М10, 35 N · м).
Lower the car.
Connect the accumulator.
Otkalibruyte sensor of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel.
Include ignition.

NOTE
Steering wheel turn once from the right extreme situation before the left extreme situation.

Program volatile memory.
Close a cowl.
