6.3.7. Removal and installation of a brake board of a back wheel

Removal

Fill up a tank of a hydraulic actuator of brake system to a label of "MAX" and close by means of the special MKM-558-10 tool.

Remove a back wheel.

Remove a brake drum.

Remove brake shoes of a brake of a back wheel.

Remove the brake cylinder of a wheel.

Disconnect a clip and remove a cable of lay brake system from a brake board.

Disconnect the module of the bearing of a wheel with a brake board from a back axis.

Installation

Attach a brake board with the module of the bearing of a wheel to a back axis.

Establish a cable of lay brake system in a brake board and attach a new clip.

Establish the brake cylinder of a wheel.

Establish brake shoes of a back wheel.

Establish a brake drum.

Fix a back wheel the moment of 110 N · m.

Remove air from brake system and check tightness.

Several times press a brake pedal.

Fill up brake liquid to «MAX» label.
