6.3.3. Replacement of tubes of brake systemRemoval
Fill up a tank of a hydraulic actuator of brake system to a label of "MAX" and close by means of the special MKM-558-10 tool.

NOTE
Tubes of brake system are generally delivered without connecting bolts and razvaltsovka. Use connecting bolts of the corresponding diameter in need of manufacturing of tubes of brake system. Establish the corresponding connecting bolt on a tube of brake system and развальцуйте the end of a tube of brake system. Pay attention to type of an initial razvaltsovka.

Bend new tubes of brake system, using a tube of brake system which will be replaced, as model.

NOTE
Use the razvaltsovochny tool in order to avoid section change.

Additional protective covers for tubes of brake system should be established in an initial arrangement.
Installation

ATTENTION
At replacement of tubes of brake system, watch that they passed between electric lines. Istiraniye will lead to refusal of electric system. The distance between tubes of brake system and electric lines should be not less than 25 mm.

Lock bolts of all tubes of brake system are tightened by the moment of 14 N · m.
Remove the special MKM-558-10 tool from a tank of a hydraulic actuator of brake system.
Remove air from brake system and check tightness.
Modify level of brake liquid so that it was at "MAX" label.
