3.1.3. Removal, check and installation of a persistent plate and a conducted disk of coupling (without SAC)

NOTE
For prevention of damage of petals of a spring of a persistent plate use the KM special adaptation 6263 at removal and installation.

NOTE
Pay attention to different lengths of arms for accession of KM 6263 when lowering the block of the engine.

Removal
Remove a transmission

NOTE
The KM special adaptation 6263 can be attached only to the engine block, instead of to the oil pallet.

Attach the KM special adaptation 6263 to the block of the engine and wrap 4 bolts (arrows in drawing).

NOTE
Do not tighten bolts.

Attach the special KM-6263-30 (4) adaptation to a centering opravka.


Fix the KM special adaptation 6263.
Combine the KM special adaptation 6263 with the center.
Establish a centering opravka with the special KM-6263-30 adaptation through KM 6263 in a disk of coupling and a cranked shaft (center).
Tighten a bolt and a nut.
Tighten 4 bolts of the KM special adaptation 6263 on the engine block.
Release a conducted disk of coupling.
Establish the KM special adaptation 6263 so that it was opposite to petals of a spring of a persistent plate.
Turn the KM special adaptation 6263 clockwise to the limiter.
Remove a persistent plate from a flywheel.
Unscrew 6 bolts of fastening (an arrow in drawing).

NOTE
In drawing coupling without the KM special adaptation 6263 and a centering opravka is shown.

Disconnect a persistent plate and a coupling disk.
Turn the KM special adaptation 6263 counter-clockwise to the limiter and extend a centering opravka from the special KM-6263-30 adaptation.

Check
Check a persistent plate and a conducted disk of coupling on wear.
Replace in case of need.

NOTE
Coupling disks the working off polluted by products (the oil clearing means etc.) should be replaced. Check a conducted disk of coupling on existence of damages and friction products on a nave and replace in case of need. Do not clear a persistent plate and a conducted disk of coupling by a cleaner of a high pressure or the jet washer.

Check a condition of a surface of a friction of a flywheel on lack of cracks, пригара and wear of a surface.
Check a condition of frictional overlays of a conducted disk of coupling and in the presence of oil traces on them or mechanical damages replace a conducted disk.
Check thickness of overlays of a conducted disk of coupling, by means of a calliper with the noniusy. Slips should act over heads of rivets not less than on 0,3 mm.
If thickness of slips less admissible or heads of rivets are close to a working surface, replace them or a conducted disk of coupling. Check, that springs were not broken and on them there were no cracks. Check on lack of wear of a shlitsa in a nave of a disk of coupling.
Establish a coupling disk on a transmission shaft.
The conducted disk of coupling should easily and slide smoothly on shlitsa of primary shaft of a transmission.

ATTENTION
If replacement of a conducted disk of coupling is carried out, it is necessary to replace and the bearing of switching off of coupling.


Using the indicator of hour type, check palpation of a disk of coupling.
Minimum palpation: 0,8 mm.
Using a calliper with noniusy, check depth and width of wear of petals of a diafragmenny spring.
At most:
And (Depth): 0,5 mm
B (Width): 6,0 mm

NOTE
It is possible to remove insignificant damages of a surface of a friction with a fine-grained emery paper, but in case of any doubts concerning a condition of a press disk it is necessary to replace it new.

Using the indicator of hour type, check flywheel palpation.
Maximum palpation: 0,1 mm
Rotate the bearing of switching off of coupling by a hand, putting effort in the axial direction, check the bearing of switching off of coupling.

NOTE
In the bearing the greasing calculated on all term of operation, thus, additional greasing is put it is not required.
In case of need, replace the bearing of switching off of coupling.

If new details are established, surely find out, what press and a conducted disk are required on designation of the engine and its number to exclude a mistake. If the details which were in work of coupling are established, they are necessary for checking previously.
Before installation of a new press disk it is necessary to remove corrosion and protective greasing only on a working surface. In other places greasing to delete at all it is not recommended, since it can essentially lower coupling service life.
Check reliability of installation of aligning pins on a flywheel.
Clear a rust on shlitsevy connection of a conducted disk. Grease teeths of primary shaft of a transmission with a thin layer of MoS2 greasing. On HUNDRED to this purpose apply G000100 greasing. After that move a conducted disk on primary to a shaft so that the nave easily went on a shaft. Surpluses of greasing surely remove.
Put konsistentny greasing on surfaces of contact of the coupling and a fork of switching off of coupling, a fork and a pusher and a fork point of support.
Put konsistentny greasing for shlitsevy connections of coupling and on a shlitsa of a leading shaft.
Establish a fork of switching off of coupling with the bearing of switching off of coupling in a transmission.

NOTE
After installation, move a fork forward and back for check of smoothness of moving of the vyzhimny bearing.

Installation

NOTE
The alphabetic reference «Тransmission» should be turned by side to a transmission.

Attach a conducted disk of coupling and a persistent plate to a flywheel.
Center a persistent plate and a disk of coupling by a centering opravka and the special KM-6263-30 adaptation.

NOTE
For descriptive reasons drawing 3.13 shows coupling without the KM adaptation 6263.

Wrap 6 new bolts (arrows in drawing).

NOTE
Do not tighten bolts.

Attach a persistent plate to a flywheel.
Turn the KM special adaptation 6263 clockwise to the limiter.
Tighten 6 bolts of fastening the moment of 15 N · m.

NOTE
Tighten bolts crosswisely.

Disconnect the KM special adaptation 6263 from the engine block. Turn counter-clockwise to the limiter and disconnect a centering opravka and KM-6263-30.
Unscrew 4 bolts of the KM special adaptation 6263 on the engine block.
Establish a transmission.
