3.2.4. Removal and installation of a transmission (F13)

NOTE
If the transmission is replaced, elements listed should be replaced below.

Union of a drive of coupling.
Arm of the dempfiruyushchy block of the engine.
Arm of a cable of switching.
Back arm of a transmission.

Removal
Remove the bottom cover of a motor compartment if it is established.
Remove the central exhaust silencer and a forward exhaust pipe.
Attach KM 6001-A to the case of a forward axis.
Weaken 2 bolts (arrow) directing on KM-6001-A.
Establish KM-6001-A as is shown in drawing.

NOTE
2 necks should be in openings of a forward axis directing the case.

Tighten 2 bolts for adjustment tires.
Turn the forward basic bearing before contact to a directing pin of the forward dempfiruyushchy block of the engine.

NOTE
Directing pins should be located in basic bearings without a gap.

Turn the back basic bearing before contact to a directing pin of a back arm of the dempfiruyushchy block of the engine.

NOTE
Directing pins should be located in basic bearings without a gap.

Remove the case of a forward axis.
Remove the case of the air filter with an air inlet hose.
Disconnect the socket of a plait of wires (4), the switch of lamps of a backing.
Close a tank of a hydraulic actuator of brake system.
Fill a tank of a hydraulic actuator of brake system to MAX label.
Disconnect the delivery pipeline with the union.

NOTE
Establish below the pallet that brake liquid flowed out.

Unblock holding collar a screw-driver and disconnect from the delivery pipeline.
Bend holding collar a little and repeatedly establish on the union.
Disconnect the left dempfiruyushchy block of the engine.
Disconnect from the left arm of the dempfiruyushchy block of the engine.
Unscrew 3 bolts of fastening.
Disconnect transmission top from the engine, having unscrewed 4 bolts of fastening (an arrow in drawing).

NOTE
In case of need extend the pipeline of system of cooling up and fix cable couplers.

ATTENTION
Do not damage plaits of wires and fastening elements.

Lower the engine and a transmission approximately on 5 cm by means of the special MKM-883-1 tool.
Take out shaft of wheels from a transmission.
Establish below the pallet that transmission oil flowed out.

NOTE
Shaft of wheels remain in naves of wheels.

Attach shaft of wheels to the lower part of the car.
Close openings of shaft of wheels caps.
Disconnect the forward dempfiruyushchy block of the engine from a transmission, having unscrewed 2 bolts of fastening.
Disconnect a transmission from the pallet, having unscrewed 3 bolts of fastening.
Disconnect a lobby and a back part of a transmission from the engine, having unscrewed 2 bolts of fastening.

ATTENTION
Do not damage plaits of wires and fastening elements.

Remove a transmission.
Remove a transmission from the block of the engine and accurately lower.

Installation
Attach a transmission to the engine.
Be convinced of correctness of installation.
Lift and center a transmission.
Attach a lobby and a back part of a transmission to the engine and tighten 2 bolts of fastening the moment of 60 N m.
Establish the pallet of a transmission and tighten 3 bolts of fastening the moment of 40 N m.
Attach the forward dempfiruyushchy block of the engine to a transmission and tighten 2 bolts of fastening the moment of 80 N m.
Establish shaft of wheels.
Lift the engine and a transmission by means of the special MKM-883-1 adaptation.

NOTE
At installation of the case of a forward axis, make sure that the basic KM-6001-A bearing is properly located in a directing pin of the forward dempfiruyushchy block of the engine and a back arm of the dempfiruyushchy block of the engine. In case of need, adjust adjusting position of the engine and a transmission, using the special MKM-883-1 adaptation.

Establish the case of a forward axis.

NOTE
Do not establish the central exhaust silencer, a forward exhaust pipe, the storage battery and a support of the storage battery.

Establish the case of the air filter and an air inlet hose.
Establish the left dempfiruyushchy block of the engine.
Attach to the left support of the dempfiruyushchy block of the engine and tighten 3 bolts of fastening the moment of 55 N m.
Attach a transmission from above and tighten 4 bolts of fastening the moment of 60 N m.
Attach the delivery pipeline with the union.

NOTE
The holding collar should be latched.

Connect the socket of a plait of wires of the switch of lamps of a backing.
Disconnect the special KM-6001-A adaptation from the case of a forward axis.
Establish the central exhaust silencer and a forward exhaust pipe.
Check liquid level in a transmission.
Attach the bottom cover of a motor compartment.

NOTE
In case of need adjust drafts of switching of a transmission.

Establish a support of the storage battery.
Establish the storage battery.
Program volatile memory.
Remove air from a hydraulic drive of coupling.
