PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Apply adjusting tags on all flanges and shlitsevy connections (address to an accompanying illustration) – in order to avoid violation of balancing at assembly the shaft has to be established strictly in the former situation.

2. Turn out bolts of fastening of a flange collar to back differential (address to an illustration above), for the purpose of ensuring access to the next bolt turn a shaft / back wheels.
3. Lower the back end of the driveshaft, then release fixture soyedinitelno of a camshaft flange to a transfer case and release the forward end of a shaft from a box.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully wipe a surface of a case of a transfer case round an entrance opening of the driveshaft. Attentively check a condition of an epiploon. Grease shlitsevy connections and crosspieces with multi-purpose grease.
2. Priboltite homutny assembly of the hinge to a connecting flange, having tightened fixture so far only by hand.
3. Lift the back end of a shaft in regular situation, achieve combination of the landing tags put in the course of dismantle and fill fixing bolts in openings.
4. Tighten nuts of fixing bolts with the demanded effort. Clean props and lower the car on the earth.

Forward driveshaft

Assembly of the back driveshaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1a. Give fixture and remove the top dustproof cover of a shaft (address to an accompanying illustration).

1b. Remove the lower dustproof cover of a shaft (address to an accompanying illustration).

2. Mark position of the driveshaft of rather connecting flanges of a transfer case and forward differential.
3. Give nuts of fixing bolts (do not forget about washers) and remove the driveshaft.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Connect the forward end of a shaft to a connecting flange of differential. By hand tighten nuts of fixing bolts.
2. Having as appropriate modified shaft length, connect its back end to a flange of a transfer case. Tighten fixture with the demanded effort.
3. Establish into place dustproof covers of a shaft.
4. Clean props and lower the car on the earth.
