1.7.1. Start-up of the petrol engine

Before starting the engine, establish the lever of switching of a mechanical transmission in neutral situation. Squeeze out coupling, press a pedal of a brake and include a starter.

On cars with Easytronic transmission, establish the selector lever in situation N, and on cars with an automatic transmission – in situation P or N. Do not press an accelerator pedal. Turn the ignition key in situation III.

In process of increase of temperature of the engine the number of turns raised first automatically will decrease. Turn a key in the ignition lock back in situation 0 and repeat start-up.
