2.7.1. Removal and flywheel installation (engine of 1,4 l)

Removal

Remove a transmission.

Remove the block of a casing of coupling.

Disconnect a flywheel.

Flywheel removal: 1–flywheel; 2–special adaptation; 3–fastening bolts

NOTE

The KM special adaptation 6263 remains on the engine.

Block a flywheel by means of the KM special adaptation 652.

Unscrew 6 bolts of fastening.

Check a back epiploon of the crankshaft, a flywheel and a gear wreath of a flywheel on existence of damages or wear, replace in case of need.

Clear contact surfaces of a cranked shaft and a flywheel.

Installation

Establish a flywheel on a cranked shaft.

Block it by means of the KM special adaptation 652.

Clear 6 carvings.

Tighten 6 bolts (3) moment of 35 N · m, tighten on +30 °.

Flywheel installation: 1–flywheel; 2–special adaptation; 3–fastening bolts

NOTE

At installation use new bolts.

Put (red) fixing structure for carvings.

Establish the block of a casing of coupling.

Establish a transmission.
