2.11.1. Replacement of the oil pump (1,4 l)

Greasing system (engines of 1,4 l)

Greasing system (engines of 1,6 l)
* "X-th" is more or equally 30.
** The engine is heated-up and idles.

Greasing system (engines of 1,8 l)
* "X-th" is more or equally 30.
** The engine is heated-up and idles.

Removal
Before procedure of check warm up the engine to working temperature (oil temperature – 80 °C).
Open a cowl.
Unscrew a nut of fastening and disconnect a mass wire from the storage battery
Remove the case of the air filter and an inlet collector.
Disconnect the socket of a plait of wires of the sensor of a mass consumption of air.
Unscrew a fastening bolt, remove a collar and an inlet pipe of the air filter.
Unscrew two bolts of fastening, disconnect the top latch and remove a forward cover of a gear belt (top).

NOTE
Extend a forward cover of a gear belt up, for a ledge (the shooter in drawing).

Uncover the ignition module in the direction of an arrow represented on it.

NOTE
Note the provision of an arrow on a cover.

Remove a poliklinovy belt.
Note the rotation direction.
Compress a natyazhitel of a poliklinovy belt in the arrow direction in drawing and fix it by means of the KM special tool 6130.
Remove directing tube щупа for measurement of level of oil.
Take out щуп.
Unscrew fastening bolts.
Remove a transport bracket of the engine.
Lift the car.
Remove an engine mudguard.
Take out a plait of wires of the sensor of concentration of oxygen of catalytic converter.
Remove collars of wires.
Disconnect the socket of a plait of wires.
Remove the terminal exhaust silencer.
Weaken a fastening collar.
Unscrew a nut of fastening and remove the exhaust silencer from an arm.
Disconnect 2 rubber support and take out the terminal exhaust silencer from the forward exhaust silencer.
Disconnect a forward exhaust pipe (2) from catalytic converter, having unscrewed 3 nuts of fastening.
Take out a forward exhaust pipe from the forward exhaust silencer, having disconnected 2 rubber support (1).
Place below the container for collecting liquid.
Merge engine oil.
Disconnect the socket of a plait of wires of the sensor of level of oil.
Remove the oil pallet.
Take out 2 rubber caps.
Unscrew 3 bolts of fastening from a transmission.
Unscrew 15 bolts of fastening (shooters).
Disconnect the oil pallet the suitable tool.
Disconnect the generator of an alternating current from power supply, having unscrewed 2 nuts of fastening.
Disconnect 2 boltovy connections.
Remove the generator of an alternating current.
Remove caps.
Insert the KM special tool 911 and block a flywheel.
Remove a damper of krutilny fluctuations, having unscrewed a fastening bolt.
Remove a natyazhitel of a poliklinovy belt, having unscrewed a fastening bolt.
Natyazhitel of a poliklinovy belt is blocked by means of the KM special tool 6130.
Remove a forward cover of a gear belt (bottom), having unscrewed 4 bolts of fastening.
Establish the engine in VMT.
Remove the KM special tool 911.
Tighten a bolt of a damper of krutilny fluctuations.
Rotating a cranked shaft of the engine in the direction of rotation establish the cylinder No. 1 piston in the provision of the top dead point (VMT) (shooter).
Insert the special KM-6173 adaptation.
Attach KM-6001-A.

NOTE
Use of KM-6001-A guarantees drive alignment with the case of a forward axis.

Weaken 3 bolts (arrow) in adjusting tires.
Insert the special KM-6001-A adaptation.
Necks should be in openings of a forward axis directing the case.
Tighten 3 bolts of fastening in adjusting tires.
Adjust support and lift them to limiters on directing necks.
Tighten 3 regulating coupling bolts.
Adjust support – forward and back.
Lift support to the limiter on necks of the directing.

NOTE
Necks directing should settle down on support without a gap.

Lower the car
Remove the dempfiruyushchy block of the engine with the right adapter of the dempfiruyushchy block, having unscrewed 6 bolts of fastening.
Remove the right support of the dempfiruyushchy block of the engine, I will unscrew 3 bolts of fastening.
Establish cam-shaft cogwheels, using the KM special tool 6340.
Establish camshaft asterisks so that labels (3) were located opposite to each other.
Establish the special KM-6340-left tool on an asterisk of a cam-shaft of a drive of inlet valves (I).
Establish the special KM-6340-right tool.
Remove a gear belt, note the rotation direction.
Make effort a tension roller of a gear belt in the arrow direction, using Allan's key. Fix by means of the KM special tool 6333.
Remove tension and directing rollers of a gear belt.
Remove the pipeline of system of cooling, having unscrewed 2 bolts of fastening.
Remove the pump module, having unscrewed 8 bolts of fastening.

NOTE
Bolts have different length.

Remove an epiploon of a cranked shaft (forward) the suitable tool.

Check
Check distance between an external rotor and the pump module.
Uncover the oil pump.
Check distance between an external rotor and the case of the oil pump.
Remove an external rotor with an internal rotor.
Visually check knots.
Measure a gap between an internal and external rotor.

Installation
Establish a cover of the oil pump.
Tighten 6 bolts of fastening the moment of 8 N · m.
Establish the pump module.

NOTE
Screws have different length.

Tighten 8 bolts of fastening the moment of 20 N · m.
Insert a forward sealing ring of a cranked shaft.
Clear condensed surfaces.
Put on condensing edge silicone greasing (white).
Establish the protective plug on a neck of a cranked shaft.
Put on a sealing ring shifting it on the protective plug on a neck of a cranked shaft.
Press a sealing ring into a cranked shaft.
Remove the protective plug and press a sealing ring in a pump case by means of the KM special tool 6351.
Use a bolt and a washer of a leading gear wheel of a cranked shaft.
Installation of other components is made as it should be, the return to removal.
